Our lessons are conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for an interactive, high-quality learning experience. After booking a lesson, you’ll receive a meeting link before your session. Just have your guitar, webcam, and internet connection ready!

2. Who are the tutors at Garland Guitar Academy?

Our tutors are professional working musicians, including touring artists, session players, and skilled educators.

3. What styles of guitar do you teach?

We cover rock, blues, jazz, pop, metal, funk, acoustic fingerstyle, and more. If you have a specific style or technique in mind, let us know, and we’ll match you with the right tutor.

4. Do I need any experience to start lessons?

Nope! Our lessons are designed for absolute beginners, intermediate players, and advanced musicians looking to refine their skills.

5. What do I need for my first lesson?

• A guitar (acoustic or electric)

• A computer, tablet, or phone with a webcam

• A stable internet connection

• Headphones (optional but recommended for better audio clarity)

6. How do I book a lesson?

Click the "Book Now" button on the lesson length yo want to purchase, and we will be in touch within 24hrs to find out about your goals and style, and schedule a lesson time with your tutor.

7. How much do lessons cost?

We offer lessons at:

• 30-minute lessons: £25

• 45-minute lessons: £35

• 60-minute lessons: £45​

​

We offer 5-lesson packages with 10% off:

• 30-minute lessons: £119

• 45-minute lessons: £166

• 60-minute lessons: £214

​8. Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?

Yes! We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
